Occiput posterior 3 days to have a normal delivery

This mother was in effective contractions for 3 days every 3 minutes once for 45 seconds to experience normal delivery on the 3 rd day.

Changed mind from C - section to Natural Birth

Meenakshi gopi been for the Happymom sessions with an idea of only doing physical exercises and know about the comfort levels during pregnancy.
After coming for the second session meenakshi texted me privately on her interest on natural birth but had some fear towards it not only from her side even from the family members.
Had spoken to her husband first were his first worry whether she can undergo pain , after couple of sessions and seeing meenakshi confidence he got so confident in supporting her decision and than explained their family members were even they supported .
Around the end of 39 weeks she texted on slight contractions than she was with it for the whole night no further texts from her .Today morning 7.00 am she called that it gets intense and with gopi's help I thought of sending her to hospital for general ctg observation than decide later.
By 8.30 am I had call informing about 70% effaced 6 cm and -2.
We were happy , I told quietly to gopi alone that I am not in chennai and I will be by 2 hours try not to show it to her and be in touch over phone.
By 10.30 am they were to birth pool for comfort and I reached by 11.30 am than she had lunch by 1.00 pm by 1.30 pm her urges were getting stronger and by 2.00 pm here is this beautiful girl baby born. Lot of joy and tears were there.
Within half an hour breastfeeding was done .
